He did a custom blown-in insulation in my walls. I asked for blown rock wool to deaden sound instead of fiberglass which is what 99% of everyone else in Sac tried to sell me.

He came through.

I was so impressed I hired him again to put rockwool bats in my ceiling between the first and second story to soundproof the rental...

This created a sound proof envelope and worked great. His price is good. He's honest and he's quick and reliable.
